Mk6 dash clocks

Mileage lcd and fuel gauge have stopped working, immobiliser light and clock still working? Any ideas?

I think the suggestion is to spray the connectors going to the clocks with contact cleaner or WD40. Worth a try.

Pcb on the rear of the clocks can corrode, usually sorted by a clean up and spray with wd40,

I had the same thing.

Look up my last thread. It's a long one, but the solution worked for me....

Perhaps not the last one, but a recent thread in the instrument cluster...

Contact cleaning spray seems to have done the job thanks for the help , if anyone has a spare set of clocks available let me know, I just need the clear plastic front don't ask!!

I've just got my instrument cluster working again by taking the back off and spraying the pcb with contact cleaner, following the advice on here - great forum
