The one touch relay is only for the sticky down on the drivers door
Fuse f56 30A in glove fusebox is the only thing needed, got a feeling it is a big pink one not a spade standard type.

You forgot about the relay that goes into the fuse box for the electric windows, I think that its R19 if I remember rightly ????

I've just found the drivers door that i was going to rob has had the control unit cut out of it

I ignored that as it is listed as r19 ignition relay kl-2 which i thought would have to be present anyway but i didn't give it much more thought, maybe ignition is kl 15 r21? So r19 may be needed although i only recall fitting 1 item, a fuse or a relay take your pick

Well when I done the electric window conversion on my van the fuse was there, but the relay was missing....

Probably the price of the door plus extra for stripping them out? most breakers won't break perfectly good parts, which is reasonable
