blower motor help pleaseeeee

Hi I have a 2004 ford transit t280 and I have a problem with the heater blower when I turn it on in every position it blows badly then slowly dies to nothing ! Can anyone tell me if its a resistor or the actual blower please thanks for any help

If it does it on the max setting, which bypasses the resistor, then it is likely to be the motor

Thanks very much, it does do it on the top setting,I did think it was the motor but just wanted to make sure

update, i got a a heater blower replacement and fitted it ( bloody awkward n fiddly job getting it out for big hands lol) it works but i now have the problem of an almighty buzzing when on top settings, not only that but it is not getting hot air, is this the heater matrix??? i noticed the oil temp gauge hardly comes off 60, is this a sign as apart from a lack of oomph it drives fine!!! can anyone help?
