Folding front seat after removing the bulk head.

Hello peeps!

I have been scouring the intaweb for a dual folding front passenger seat that will fit straight into my 06 plate Transit. I have removed the bulk head and would love the front seats to flip forwards, so that I can fit 4m carpets inside the van and shut the doors.

Do they exist???? I have found them for numerous other makes (mostly t4/5 VW's) but for the life of me can't find one for Ford.

I would hack the original one up and convert it, but I will occasionally have my kids in the van so thought I should buy a crash tested one that is supposed to fit. instead of modifying the original or making the t5 one fit.

Here's a crazy thought, would a tourneo double legally go in the front? They gold forward don't they and have seatbelts, no idea if they are too wide tho

The seats out of the newish Nissan nv400/Renault master have a split front seat. The center seat folds flat, going to measure one up in Wednesday see if I can get it to fit. Might need some welding/fabrication.

Will post my findings.

Did you ever work this out? I want to do this, but with a 2018 transit. I'm also interested in a folding front seat (preferably split) so one can be folded down after bulkhead is removed for access to the front if necessary when using it as a camper van.
