The most cost effective way to lower a van, is to use it as a van, and put stuff in the back.

I'm not sure what accountants know about lowering vans?

Just made some shelving carcases for the back to stack all my tiling stuff nice and neat and the they way a tonne and it hasn't dropped the van height at all, lol.
Was in town and went past a vivaro and my low roof swb felt like it was on stilts going past it.

I suspect it can be rather difficult to get lowered rear leaf springs to suit the transits, some have single leaf, some have multiple, I believe some people fit the springs to the underside of the axle and fit different length rear hangers to adjust height to required level, not sure how "legal" this is though.....lower/shorter front coils may be a tad easier to get.

Limbak got his springs reprofiled to lower the rear about 40mm I believe.

Probably the best bet :D
