Sorry gear oil

Hi I've just changed my gearbox , it's crunching a bit when cold going from 1st to 2nd tried 2 different types of synthetic oil still the same is this oil ok to use or have you any other recomendations. http://www.carlube.co.uk/transmission-f ... sion-fluid. I have a 2003 280 85 2.0 fwd 5 bolts on the engine mount gearbox type.

Got this one Comma MVMTF 75/90 from halfords hopefully do the trick
