Bass different.

Postby PLEDGEY » Wed Aug 19, 2015 7:52 pm

One thing I have noticed about the MK 7 I just bought that is different from the MK 6 I had is that the Bass from the CD/RADIO is not as good. Does anyone know if you can fit 6''x9'' speakers in the doors with out too much trouble?. Thanks :-)

Standard size is 5 x 7

You can get upgraded speakers, or fit 6" circular without much effort

Get these babys,
http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/pioneer ... akers-350w bass freq down to These go right down to 30hz (look up the specs on most 15" dayglo subs with neon lights and they go down to about 45hz)
Just make sure that there is nothing rattling in your door mechanisms because these hum. You can only put about 40w rms through but they certainly make the most of it.
