Fog light plug location

Postby AidanMcs » Thu Oct 01, 2015 5:44 pm

Is this the plug for the fog lights? (the top one in the pic)
I'm trying to add fog lights to the van, and this plug is present on the drivers side, but I've spent the last 2hrs looking on the passenger side and there's definitely not one there. I've had the headlights out and untaped looms and removed plastic covers and it's definitely not there. I'm wondering now if this is a temperature sensor plug.
Van is a 2012 euro 5, and it has a heated windscreen.
Thanks in Advance.

The only plugs that are present on each side are these ones in the pic. Purple /red and black /grey on drivers side, purple /red and black /yellow on passenger side... Image

Figured it out - those 2 plugs as shown in the post above are for the fog lights. The kit I had was for a pre 2006 van, the plugs on the lamps were wrong! That's what was throwing me off!... The plug in the first post is for a temperature sensor....

I can't remember exactly the title of the listing, I got it on eBay. But it just said it was for a ford transit, it didn't list the 'mk' it was suitable for...
