Not unlocking

i have a 2011 mw base transit.Fuse blew for central locking. I changed that and all was well till it starting blowing all the time when I was using the key fob,I managed to lock it but now it won't unlock. I've tried to manually unlock it with key and it won't open the drivers door....any ideas???

The drivers door lock might be seized if the fob had always been used

Keep trying, perhaps flood the lock with wd40
