Keys cut and programmed

Postby kobiruddin » Sun Feb 07, 2016 2:32 am

Hi there guys, bought a van on Friday but only came with one remote key and a manual key, just wondering if anyone knew of a contact in the London area where I could get two keys cut and programmed.

Thanks

i got a key cut in the northwest and fob programmed for £85(1) .
later on i noticed i could get the fob off ebay for £6 and youtube has a vid that shows you how easy it is to programme the fob yourself.just get a key cut and sort the rest yourself. when you programme the fob you need to do both fobs . see the you tube vid for how easy it is and save yourself a few bob.

**thread hijack alert**

Ive bought a Mk7 recently, my first transit for many years. It came with just one key, and its blue. Is this a master key of some sort?

There's no master key on a Mk7, it's just a normal remote key :)
