no wires broken all ok. Pcm mounting bracket(front) cracked as its brittle. Checked pcm circuit board for cracks but non evident. Chassis leg not bent just wing, bumper and slight damage to inner wing but not extensive. No pics but yes spins over but no pulse from injectors. Readon for my diag is i only have access to a snap on code reader and its not communicaring with power train, unless like said above it wont allow me to do this. Got my friends van which is 2012 85ps which is was going to check see if i can read pcm on this one and also can i swap the crank sensors over or do they need to be synced?? Cheers

Crank sensor aren't that expensive and plug n play.

Ids tells you if it is synching, i guess there will be a setting in snap on that can read the crank buy i don't know.

Check all fuses including the bcm fuses are good.

You're pcm and the 2012 pcm are different i think.
Check relays r4 r6 r8 are activating with key on.

Last resort are to get a pcm from the breakers and install it.

hi, got fault code now p0200 for injector circuit, checked for syncing of crank and cam sensors. All ok. Does anyone know which connector on the PCM it is so i can do some wiring checks? Or has anyone got a wiring diagram handy? :roll::roll: Cheers :D :D

I highly doubt all 4 injectors would have a wiring fault tho.

no didnt think they would lol suppose they will be grounded through pcm so suppose pcm will be at fault... gonna get one and see will let you know how it goes... cheers for help again :D

You may want to visit somebody with ids before buying a pcm

Fuel cut off for tdci is controlled by the engine management shutting the imv on the fuel pump and stopping the injectors switching so not injecting any fuel.

The source for that info came from a ford master tech but didn't state how to reset. N

cheers for that N, just spoke to dealer and they said that any old pcm cant be coded, has to have similar numbers. Got one from scrappers before reading about cut off. ony £30 so dnt mind lol.

Numbers on old pcm are AC11 12A650. P/N 1D110 0185A. Scrappy one is. 6C11 12A650. P/N 6h233 0185a.

Ac11 it's later maybe 2010, 6c11 is 2006 on.

A don't see a problem if they are both euro 4 but i haven't programmed ac to 6c, if you do a new module installation and follow ids prompts it should copy all the data from 1 to the other.

What power is your van?

Its a 115. I assume the PS is to do with the numbers. Well i will fell them to try it and if it dont work oh well. Back to square 1 lol.
Do i need 2 keys to programme coz i only got 1, other is somewhere abouts but have no idea where. Cheers

I've used 1 key on the bcm programming, i believe you'll get away with 1 for the pcm also but you'll find out for certain i guess :-)

Hi again....sorry for going on and on, still not got van sorted. Took it down the road for garage to sort, said they could sort ot for me. Turns out they cant.. is there anyone out there who can do it for me, i am over in york. i dont mind getting it over to whoever but if someone can help me out would be great, been a long time getting this thing going and i just want to enjoy it.

did you manage to program the
AC11 12A650 into the
6C11 12A650

as i have the same issue a fried AC11 and have a 6C11 as replacement
