Mines ebay too, bodyshop said it was fiddly to fit but its been on 2 years and still looks good.

Only advice I've heard about those kits is to buy one with the longer (as opposed to shorter) parts of the fog light sections that go behind the centre silver section in the front bumper as that gives the adhesive more GRP to stick to, making a better fit, if that makes sense.

Also shows that they made it better and not cheap gits, i was unlucky to get 1 of the first kits and they'd cut the legs off and the gel coat was bad, bit of paint and i got bubbles where the gel revealed air pockets in the grp :?

That was nearly 2 years ago tho and they are still in the shed like the day i bought them

They are bound to be better quality these days tho and the prices have come down, i paid 750 for mine

Can you remember which eBay seller you bought from all seem to be very similar have you used those arch pieces that go over the existing bumper?

Just got a kit for my mk7. Has anybody got any recommendations as to what adhesive to use? Does the side skirts need any kind of brackets to support them in the middle to stop them flapping around?
