The battery disconnect relay switches off when the engine stops

Mine has 2 batteries and over last few weeks one doesn't seem to hold charge overnight but never had problems starting it when the relay clicks and uses both batteries just seems weird that it was sat ticking over fine then just stopped and wouldn't restart batteries are currently on charge so will try once they are full

The front battery is in charge of all modules etc and they demand a lot of power, the rear battery links to the front to start it which usually works but then back to the front battery and it can't supply enough power to everything so the pcm etc shut down.
It is the Achilles heel because it can be hard to diagnose if you aren't aware of it, especially as you say the van starts.

Voltage load drop testing the batteries will tell you if any are fubar.

Could be a faulty ign switch or crank sensor?

P068A - ECM/PCM Power Relay De-energized - Too Early.

I've seen this fault previously on damaged PCM's & after failed remaps. Indicates that NVRAM write didn't complete
successfully prior to PCM shutdown. After the ignition was last switched off.

Well after putting it on a better diagnostics and standing looking at the engine while the engineer tried to start it I spotted the problem straight away.. the fuel pipe from filter to pump was leaking.. replaced and running jeepers it's always the easy things lol
