2.4 MK7 Transit Engine Management Light

Hi

Earlier in the year when driving in torrential rain the engine management light came on. The van continued to dive fine-no issues with power, starting etc. Got the fault codes cleared – all was well.
At the weekend, again driving in really heavy rain and the engine management light illuminated – no problems with the van.

I wonder why this is happing in heavy rain –this has happened on B roads with puddles at the side of the road.
One of the codes the last time it happened was water in diesel?
