Im sure its been covered but i cat find it.
Mate of mine is looking to buy a mk6 125 ps. Will it be tddi or tdci?

Yep its the only mk6 fwd tdci, they are problematic so best advice is plug it in and scan for codes, also drain some fuel out of the filter and look for swarf, if swarf present then the pump could be on its way out.

If its been looked after I think they are just as good as the di but with a better turbo.

There is a 135 tdci but that's rwd. N

Depending on what reg it is, look on the vin where it was made GB is Belgium and TT as you know Turkey they don't rust as much,

Its the perfect excuse to play with your new vcm, you never know you may be able to shave some money off with live data :lol:, I hate getting roped into looking a vehicle's its usually late at night or miles away.

Hopefully its a good one the poor mk6 tdci gets a bad rap over its fuel system. N

This was Sheffield which is not too bad for us but the worst part of the journey is the shortest part but takes the longest is getting through bradford.
Anyway trader says its sold, but its still on ebay. I dont trust the buggers.
