New clutch flywheel high bitting point

Just wondering if any one can help
Put in a new clutch smf flywheel and Csc and now the bitting point is right at the top of the peddle movement and I have done a few hundred miles since the new parts have been in. Can anyone help

I was a luk clutch plate not sure on the flywheel csc was sash

No but I assumed being hydroelectric it would be or am I being stupid. it was a conversions kit to replace the dmf I thought the csc done the adjustment as the old plate wasn't that worn it was the dmf that was knakerd.

New LUK pressure plates have auto adjusting pressure plates but I'm unsure if it would be the case for yours, where did you get kit from? Whsts your reg number

I got it online midland cs is where I got it

Just checked Euro Car Parts LUK clutch kits for 2002 2.0 transit and they're listing them as auto self adjusting clutches bud

Did your clutch kit look like this (yellow springs on pressure plate)

there kit is wrong as i had here kit first and the flywheel was wrong so had to take it out and source one elsewhere as it was for a FIFA engine a not a ABFA. From what I remember from fitting it they were all compressed

If it had the springs its a self adjusting and should use the proper tool so you don't knock the adjustment out, there's ways to do it without on YouTube, simply tightening the pressure plate bolts unevenly can fook up the adjustment

You still got clutch box as there's a part on the front in red telling special tool needed
