2.4 rwd engine swap 90ps to 125ps now runs in low power mode

Hi I swapped my transit recovery 90 2.4 rwd engine to a 125 complete with 125 ecu and after coding it runs only low power and when driving throttle pedal only seems to work about 3rd it doesn't do anything if you keep pressing it. if you flick ignition when flat out about 55 depending which way wind is blowing it runs full power for a second or two please need help fed of paying people who only plug it it and don't fix it. its run like this for 7 months!!!!
