What should I expect to pay?

Folks I am fed up with searching for my next van, I want a swb low roof (maybe medium) sub 100k'ish, not white, yellow, orange or red, I would really like a 6 seat, Trend or GLX kind of spec, heated screen, alloy wheels etc. Prefer Mk7 and have a cash budget of £4000 but would put £500 on plastic or £1000 finance for the right van, am I realistic expecting this?
