Bolts for my new turbo, Mk7, 2.4 TDCI 140

Postby Kristianskaffe » Sat Feb 18, 2017 7:42 pm

Good evening,

Anyone has the specs for a new set of bolts? That bolts and nut old the old fitted is gone and many of them has to be cut away.
I can't find a set it in Denmark and if I'm going to a shop and ask for a handful of loose nuts and bolts, it's nice to know what to ask for :)

Thank you in advance!

Please anyone?
I hope to get the turbo off tomorrow and would like to have the bolts and nuts in hand from sun up and not have to go round town for bits and pieces :)
Does it show in a Haynes btw?

Hopefully this is your turbo setup

You want the items HT1 and HN1 ?

One of them has to be a nut and stud because you can't get e bolt in the manifold.
The thread is M8 x 1.25
mk7 08reg 2.4 T350 LWB MHR RWD
mk6 X reg 2.4 T350 LWB MHR RWD - scrapped
mk4 J reg 2.5 L300 LWB MHR RWD - sold on

Notice a trend there ? not too big and not too small
