compression testing mk6 ebay lemon

I've just brought a mk6 Tourneo 123k on clock with issues. Smokes a a lot from cold it cleared when warmed up from cold then cleared when warmed up .However on motor way back it was smoking occasionally more so on light pedal .I've got lot of paper work from Feb 2016 where previous owner spend load of money having injectors looked at 2 out of 3 garages said it needed engine stripping and thought cylinder head but he seemed to ignore them took it to another .Anyway one garage did compression test cyl1 260 cyl 2 220 cyl 3 290 cyl 4 300 all psi and stated needed minimum of 400 psi .It's a 2 litre tdci .Any gurus got any idea .Another thing is last few mots it's not done many miles in between some years 2000 some only 500.Last owner owned from 2007 .Apart from this it's lovely .

I'm in dy8 if anyone could help and has diagnostic just to eliminate that .
