Going from the fault codes, you have a ACC circuit fault - which could suggest that you possibly forgot to attach the aux power when reattaching battery ( do check, more common than you would believe!) , or maybe the fusable link has failed. Earths on these are notorious, so check that also. If there is no power here, then there will be no power going to the PCM - the PCM cannot close the power hold relay and thus no start.
Your interior light is pretty normal, often a clean but won't effect it starting.
