Need new EGR valve

Hi everyone, I need a new EGR valve but I don't know much about vans. I've been quoted £230 from a garage and not sure if this is a fair price? I'm thinking of buying the EGR myself and getting a friend of mine to fit it, is it difficult to fit a new EGR?I have seen an EGR on eBay for around £60 but I'm concerned it's not a quality part. I require a water cooled EGR. Can anyone help me or recommend what EGR I should buy. Thanks!

Tpuk replacement ones seam to be ok fitted one to mine not long ago and working fine so far. Also not that hard to fit if you've got a 8mm and 10mm sockets & spanners
