Is it oil or fuel? You could have a leaky fuel return on that injector.

Has the manifold been off recently..?? Glow plugs replaced recently.??

I suspect one of your manifold sealing gaskets may have failed...or maybe it's not in it's groove properly. That's all it can be really...I don't know of anything else there to leak oil. The fuel rail looks clean and there's no evidence of oil from the rocker cover or it's gasket etc..

Might pay to pop one of the hoses off the intercooler and check for excess oil...she may be breathing a tad heavy...! Just thinking out loud..

Ah...there's a clue....if the injectors were replaced....were the copper washers also replaced..?? If so, were the washer seats cleaned and/or refaced..?? If not you may have a wee bit of "Blow-by" which will blow a bit of oil through the breather system, into the turbo & intercooler... and thence into the manifold...worth checking the injector bolts/clamps for correct torque at least.

Do you have any oil weeping from the injector oil seals in the rocker cover..??

Hi Lord Knobrot,

Assuming the copper washers were correctly replaced, where is the oil most likely to have collected? would this be the intercooler? or the lowest points in the piping?

Cheers
