The manifold has 8 separate rubber/silicone packings/gaskets, they slip into grooves in the manifold, once you get the manifold off you'll see.
If the gaskets are still in good nick you can probably refit them...but they're fairly cheap to buy ....unless you go to Ford.

Oh....and be sure to wear latex/rubber gloves when working on or cleaning the inlet manifold too....otherwise you'll be wearing black "spooge" gloves for days afterwards...
