Mist Type Washer Jets

Does anyone know if any ford "mist" type washer jets are a direct swap for the standard twin type washers?

I know the custom has mist type ones but they look different to my mk7.

Does it? Anyway they're very fussy about type of washer fluid, and the tiniest bit of dirt blocks them, and they're not as effective as normal jets, other than that they're ace...

Well the custom a work colleague has just purchased has them fitted. Not two holes like the type i have but a flat nozzle type thing that i had fitted on my old connect when i changed over to mist type ones.
