Transit juddery in taking off

Postby Ktmdad » Fri Apr 28, 2017 3:33 pm

Hi guys. Got a mk6 transit. T350 mwb. Rwd... 2.4d..... Runs a dream. Only when it's warm... And you stop at lights (or traffic) the vans very juddery when taking off... Only once warm and Only in first gear from a standstill.

Any ideas. Thanks.

Mines does the same but its not violent enough for me to warrant sorting it.. pretty sure the dual mass flywheel has failed, if it is I will be replacing with a new clutch and solid flywheel :)

So what's first port of call, check prop shaft and gearbox mountings? As it get warm it's not so bad but it's mainly pulling away. Changing gear it jolts a bit like I'm going too fast for the gear sort of.
Van has been re mapped if this makes a difference

If you sit in neutral with engine running and rest foot on clutch pedal does it pulseate?
