oil leak from pump to block + turbo

Postby oOplumberOo » Sat May 20, 2017 8:03 pm

{mk6 2.0L di }so removed the front end to have a decent look at whats leaking, got a few leaks but not sure on these two ,

this easy to fix ?, seems to be a metal tab at the bottom sandwhiched inbetween , metal gasket? , i noticed theres a cover on the timing chain cover , im assuming this comes off and the pumps tightened through there?

on the turbo , seems like its comming from the intake pipe to turbo , under the jubille clip the pipe is actually quite badly perished , but surely that amount of oil shouldnt be comming from the pcv system? or would that normaly be burnt off if it wasnt leaking

not a very good pic i know ,

got to replace the water pump and pas pump aswell, got any suggestions on a decent 18mm spanner to undo the hydraulic nut for the pump? could do with a brake pipe spanner of sorts? .. cheers.....
