5speed gearbox 3-4-5 problem

After all the problems the truck is going great but now there seems to be a drama with 3rd 4th and 5th of the 5 speed box they will go into gear and out but fn hell it is tight not easy and slick like 1-2 and reverse , someone please tell me there is an easy fix as we are off travelling in a week
