Air recirculation (Heater controls)

Hi everyone. I have a MK7 Transit and I am trying to trace one of the vacuum lines for the air recirculation control which is not connected to anything. It was just lying loose tucked up under the dash. There are three vacuum lines. One comes from the engine inlet manifold and one goes to the air recirculation valve. It's the third one that alludes me. Does anyone have any idea where it would go.

It's not meant to go anywhere, it's the dump hose.
