Hi I've got a 2007 110 280 it's got little low down power. Below 2000revs it's flat but goes ok once on boost. Any ideas?

EGR not working properly or sticking open sometimes.??
Turbo actuator not moving/working properly.?? Have you had codes read?? Any EML's on dash..??

Think it's a new EGR no lights on. Taking it to the garage next it's bashing my brains as it is.......... cheers
