Remember, Doherty Transit Parts only supply genuine Ford parts or aftermarket alternatives which we know to be of very high quality.

SCV arrived, looks exactly as the one recently fitted. I will be returning it, I'll get one from Doherty...

Nope, same problem with a part from Doherty's.
And it doesn't look any different than part from PF Jones.

It's not going to look different mate that's the problem, phone or email Doherty's and tell them there's a problem

Maybe the scv and prv are not the problem.

Is the fuel filter new and genuine ?
Have you done a leak off test ?
Are the sensors all clean ?

mk6 X reg 2.4 T350 LWB MHR RWD - scrapped
mk4 J reg 2.5 L300 LWB MHR RWD - sold on

Notice a trend there ? not too big and not too small

All new, van serviced recently, genuine fuel filter.
Every possible test done, all IDS tests done, only pump learn fails.

In an earlier post on this thread you said you got fault code 01 from ids.

This was presumably when ids failed the learn before returning to the list of service functions and not a dtc read from the van.

Nobody seems to have been able to obtain a list of error codes for ids rather than the codes ids can read from the vehicle.

Where are you ?
Perhaps there is another member near you with ForScan and a suitable code reader to do the learn not using ids.

Let us know how it goes :-)

I did 1 instance where the member went through everything like this but iirc he replaced the fuel pump, but the fuel pump are reliable tbh.

Van is running sweet, not cutting out, low fuel consumption, no black smoke.
I will post Martyn's diagnosis here.
