Cost of Mk6 Timing Chain Kit 2.4 from Ford Main Dealer.

Hi all, would anyone know the price off hand of a Ford main dealer Timing Chain kit for a 2000/2006 Timing Chain Kit for a 2.4 115 bhp Tddi as I was chatting to a friend and he said it is over 600 quid for everything I would need. Is this price correct ??

That's far more than I paid for a genuine kit, nearly three times. But mine came without new sprockets, and from a non-dealer workshop. My old sprockets were fine after 120k miles. Even the chain didn't show any signs of stretch compared to the new one. Just wanted to get the latest tensioner in there.
