exhaust emmissions

hi guys

ive just bought a mk 7 115 t260 2010 trahsit ltd; whch im importing into france, in doing so i will pay a one off eco taxe dependent on its exhaust emmissions, not current levels but at time of manufacture;

for eg the charges are as follows CO g/km 161 to 165 is a payment of 200euro, 165 to 200 is around 750 euro and over 300 is 2500euro;!!

my previous mk 6 was about 200 euro from what i can remember,

i have looked on the v5 where is mentions the emmissions in sect V, but they make no sense to me, as they all start with 0. ie CO g/km 0.352, NO g/km 0.313 , HC+NO 0.344
and Partiulates g/km 0.027 ,,

so does anyone know how from that data you arrive at you CO/KM level as detailed above ie 161 to 165, do i add them all together?? or am i going off on the wrong track
