Vcm 11 software

I bought a Chinese 1 but could never get it working I've since lost the disk I tried buying off eBay but that didn't work either I'm at my wits end with it does any 1 have any software or know were I can get a working copy thanks

Install ids v86 then restart computer, install v86 patch then restart computer, run xprog then run ids first time.

Rules.
1. Run it all in wxp or w7 for best results.
2. run as xp3 compatibility mode.
3. run as administrator.

4. V86 patch is option 2 hq clone (lower option).

5. First run of ids setup is.

ive went on the link in your bio and can see numerous other downloads like FORScan fordxprog etc.. what are all them? and do they need to be installed for ids to work?

No you only need
1. ids v86-350mb
2. V86 licence
3. Xprog.

Optional is v86.04 but you don't need that.

ah sweet mate i followed what you put up in the previous post n worked first time.. is there any other plugs that will work with the software or does it need to be vcm/vcm2?

There are pass thru devices but i forget which work, forscan works on the modified elm 327 and it's cheaper but ids should be used with vcm or vcm clone devices typically.

im guessing that vcm and vcm2 are just the same yeah?

i found this one on ebay but im quite unsure if its legit or no..

kind of sceptical when its in the higher price range in case im robbed lol

The one shown is a VCM-II only.

The VCM-I looks like this:

I believe the VCM-II will do both Mk6 & Mk7...whereas the VCM-I will only do Mk6 as it's not ODB-II compliant.

As ake mentioned....they'll both work on Mk6 & mk7...

I've not used a VCM-I so I can't really comment on it's full functionality.
