Dash clock mpg range

Is there a way to make the fuel range on the dash be the default indicator? Currently it keeps reverting back to the clock after the vans turned off each time, and as it takes an age to set the clock and I'd rather view the fuel range left changing this would be quite good?..

1 flick of the switch and your back on fuel range , 2 flicks and is mpg ......where's the hassle in that.....unless your switching engine off and on every 5mins

I agree, It's a pain to have to keep switching back every time you turn on the ignition, but I don't think it can be altered, even with IDS

How often are yous switching engine on and off that flicking a switch which takes about a millisecond to operate becomes such a chore Hahaha

On later vans it stays on the last setting you had it on, I think the change was the Euro 5 vans, so 2012 ish

But if you've removed the standard stereo and fitted some aftermarket pile of shite then it will always default to clock.

I've got euro5 clocks in my euro4 and it stays where it was last on

Yeah vinyl is where its at, glad I kept mine.

Might fit a turntable in the back, though it is annoying having to stop every 20 minutes to turn the record over.

Trouble is all my vinyl is 12" so I would have to cut it in half to fit in one of those dashboard players.

Ford Sony dab unit can be fitted, with Bluetooth module to allow streaming will work better than any aftermarket unit, look better and retain full dash functionality

The factory unit is ugly I'm not having that lol plus aftermarket mostly allow sat nav as the on I'm selling does..

R going to the laborious effort of setting the dash clock the other day it decided to show nothing just --:-- now? Ha bloody thing, I really wish it would show just the mpg range all the time though tut
