Digital to analogue clocks

Hi,I sold my van after the fuel pump went but the guy sold it me back once he fixed it and said the ecu was changed also since there was an issue with that. I could be wrong about this but im assuming he just changed the ecu and pump from the same van instead of having it coded properly. Only thing that works on the clocks now is the fuel gauge, using forscan and it shows 2000 model now, not 2004 as it previously did. Are the clocks not working now since the 2000-03 clocks were analogue and if so can I fit analogue clocks on it to get them to work.
