i am thinking of buying a Mk6 2.4 lwb high roof transit minibus to convert to a camper van. I currently have a MK3 petrol camper van but its knackered. I know about clutch issues the MK6 have. What else do i need to look out for for this model. Which engines are the best option. More power the better. i see are only 90bhp or so , ideally more would be good. The lwb 350 seems a good compromise for load etc. Do i go for single wheel or twin wheel? advantages or disadvantages. Are these asy to service with having pay ford to turn a light off. what code readers work with these engines? etc
