I'm not doing... anything about correction factors. Every time I put in injectors in the same place. Delphi system has selfadaptation for injectors works parameters.
Practically engine with refarbish injectors sometimes works (on the begining) very bad, it looks as it would like to jump out from engine compartment . So I waiting 20-20 minutes on idle, later drive very easy, because usually with knocking. After 10 miles is much much better, after 50-80 miles everything is perfect.
But sometimes engine works very smoothly at once from the begining...
If we talk in this thread about 2,0 tdci engine performance - I must say one thing. It is good to change in injectors not only valves, but also sprayers. Effect is unmistakable, especially in higher engine speed. It going up with speed as petrol engine up to 4.500. I was really surprised how quickly engine is coming up with speed. It was something new for me. In lower speed (1.800-3.000) effect is not so spectacular. Of course - usually it is best to drive with engine speed up to 2.500-3.000 (with greatest torque). But sometimes...not...
