Bugger about the new 240 one but the remans are just as good, what did you do about the injectors :?: Clean them or get them reman'd, I'm thinking of buying a new (reman) pump from pf Jones before mine shits the bed, has the ticking noise buggered off now. N

Yeah the noise stopped when I changed 2 of the injectors over. I didn't do anything with the injectors again as it was running fine before it went in for the pump but as I spotted a bit of swarf in the injector I removed that was causing the ticking noise I thought it best to get the pump done before it knackered the new injectors. Fingers crossed it stays running nicely now.

At least its sorted now and your back to happy motoring, I seem to have a boost leak somewhere, I think its the intercooler, bloody vans. N
