Valves rarely bend as they're straight on to the pistons, they're more likely to lift the rocker ladder or pull the bolts, very common and repairable.
A new or second-hand ladder assy and a nice new timing chain/tensioner kit should see you sorted.

Usually if couple of bolts are pulled out - rocker is broken... It is very fragile part.
