First thing to check when you hear knocking on these engines, is that the injector clamp bolts are tight, and that the clamp is intact. If they re-used the old bolts when fitting the injectors, they've almost certainly come loose

+1...and if the bolts/clamps etc. proves ok...I'd be doing a nice set of learns and a software update..
