Mk7 sales brochure info.

Subtract the payload from the gross vehicle mass to get an idea of vehicle weight.

mk7 08reg 2.4 T350 LWB MHR RWD
mk6 X reg 2.4 T350 LWB MHR RWD - scrapped
mk4 J reg 2.5 L300 LWB MHR RWD - sold on

Notice a trend there ? not too big and not too small

mind that there is a difference in who you ask. goverment gives the weights with either a half or full tank of diesel, that is 40 or 80kg of diesel compaired to the factory weights wich is usually without any fuel.

Years ago when the company I work for register the vans themselves we had to take them and weight them it was always with no spare tools or jack and only half a gallon of fuel in them back then it was something to do with road tax
