Xtrons headunit

Hi guys just purchased an xtrons unit same as this

And when I plugged everything in it doenst turn on, not sure if it’s something to do with the canbus system? It came with a small plug in canbus box and iv tried unplugging it and switching things round but no joy, just wondering if anyone purchased a similar unit or the same that had any problems? Any help appreciated cheers

Mines not xtrons but I had to swap the perm live and ign live over on the iOS lead, but an easy test is wire the ign and perm live , and earth to the batter with a bit of wire it should turn on fine there ..

After a lot of head scratching and multimeter testing iv discovered although the leads all connect like they should, some of the colors are all mixed up compared to the colors listed on the back of the unit! And when I Switch them for what they should be it fires up! So they must have sent me an iso lead for different model!
