Re spray.

Postby Andrew1974 » Sat Oct 21, 2017 9:43 am

Hi sometime in the near future I'm looking at getting my camper re sprayed. It's a mk 6 transit lwb camper with a high top. Does anyone know a rough idea of cost? I'm in Worcestershire, is anyone local who sprays vans? Thanks

Re spray's aren't cheap but you can reduce the cost by doing the prep work yourself, the problem is finding somewhere with a bug enough spray booth for your van. N

Best thing to do is take it round a few local places, otherwise it’s a how long is a piece of string question?

Now now bjt have we seen it yet? Campers done correctly can be expensive and his van might be a nice example and well worth the 1500 pounds to put it right :-)

Hi
Recently had my campervan (2007 MK 7 SWB) resprayed, cost £1800.00> It was a fantastic job all trim / plastic body parts removed any rust dealt with and he even replaced near side rear plastic trim because it was badly scuffed and replaced bonnet badge and number plates because they looked scruffy, now better than original. Well worth the cost as I intend to keep for some time.
