Has anybody had cruise control fitted? Any advice? How much to pay?

You will need to look under your dash to find out if you have a high spec BCM and high spec wiring, and you will need a suitable steering wheel.
I have all three, and have discussed getting it re-programmed by Martyn, just need to actually book it in to do it!
