Ok well just picked van up from garage, still the same lol.
They had it on snapon system and got the same 3 faults again, however their advice according to their data is a fault with the ECU.
They said to take it somewhere that specialise in ECU, one good note is they said the Injectors are all working fine and they did the learn routines ect.
I have just been looking for specialist local and nearest would be Andy ( MAYCONTAINNUTS) at askautotech but his site has gone and number no longer works so looks like he no longer trades..typical of my luck atm. :(
Oh well best fire up google

loot wrote:Hi Get the injectors checked, if it was me I'd fix the glow plugs circuit, most likely need all replacing, if 1 is shorting it can be bringing the battery voltage down which won't help.
Injector fault could be a faulty injector solenoid, pcm, glow circuit, battery, wiring.
Get the mechanic to check the resistance on the injectors, 70 ohms thereabouts according to denso.
Let us know how you get on, Karl is closer to you but I May be able to help if needed.
:-)

Cheers loot, you any good with ECU ?
Someone mentioned Karl but stated he was very busy

I am in London but can clone ECU's postally , ( so you plug it in and go without any further programming ) so may be useful if you are short on options on getting a replacement .. its very rare though for it to actually be an engine ECU at fault.

I've a sneaky feeling the injector fault code you had is erroneously reported on some early engine ECU software versions along with the water in fuel one, I have seen it many times before for sure.
