I've got a 2 poster so I decided I needed to get it up in the air and go in from below,
20 minutes later and I've removed the starter motor and oil filter housing.
Looks like I need to remove at least 2 injector pipes, and I need to make a special socket, grinder and old socket should do.
Tune in tomorrow for another exciting episode,
Will the van slip off the hoist?
Will I be able to get rid of the diesel taste?
Is the biscuit situation really that good?
Should I have liberally sprayed the solenoid with WD40 before packing up for the night?

add to that,
will I lose a finger in the process ( Feckin hope not!!)
will I end up having to remove the entire pump (Really feckin hope not, I don't think I have 3 equal sized drill bitz to my name!! )
will I win the world record for the most amount of swearing in a day (Probably )
will I complete the job and realise I forgot a bolt and had to take it all apart again (I didn't amass a fine collection of nutz n bolts by doing things right!! )
I do hope you have better luck than I did you have a hoist so thats a much better start than trying to do it with one side jacked up!
Looking forward to the next instalment
Cheers
Chris.

Is there a way to test the old solenoid now that I have it out hanging on it's wires
