Electric window conversion

Hi, has anyone fitted electric windows to their mk7 where it only came with the old windy type from factory? Could I just buy the motors, switches and looms and plug it all in?

Yes, you need the motors, door looms, and door cards with switches.

It's all plug and play, unless your dash loom doesn't already have the wiring in place, in which case you'll need to add some wiring as far as the dash plugs by the doors

as I already have the doors

and I did source the connectors for the doors of another van a few months ago

Fuse f56 needs to have 2 terminals in it, glovebox fusebox and it is a square pink 1 iirc (mk7)
