Obviously I was speaking hypothetically about whom had the faster van Mr Loot sir, both fwd both 125ps but mine has done more mileage in 12 months then yours has from new so in theory a few horses would have escaped from my engine over the years, your van is obviously more refined then mine so in theory quicker, it would be interesting to see though (I'm not challenging you to a race) just thinking that's all. It'll be yours i think :-) although yours is 2.0 125 and nor miles, mine is 2.2 125 12k, it'll be smoother but has more weight i would say and maybe more restriction with the dpf.
Hypothetically speaking though because they are both 125ps which should mean that they produce that power despite all their differences.

Mine really bogs down at mid revs tho and if i floor it in first the gear allows it to spin like fook with no useful torque (change of tyres might help).

I think yours would possibly win, but then yours would be a bit rougher, newer ones seem smoother etc but at the cost of grunt.

My mk7 tho fooooooook that was quick 8)

My red 1 if I'm in a hurry I'm dicking about with gears etc and it bogs and I'm there nothing arghffs.

Oh and I'm often caught between gears thinking right now what gear do i want?
Swaps Ned? :P

Aren't they all Loot..?? Our mapped 140's go like stink for a heavy van....but I'd sure like to get hold of a 200ps 5 pot and map that... Very rare here in Aus though..!

Mmm think I'd rather a muscle motor tbh, 5 small pistons v 6 or 8 big ones

So in theory right, stay with me. If a 2.0l can achieve 170ps standard then 200 in theory should be possible given that 30ps is standard right ok.
So a bit of maths then a 200ps 5pot 3.2l should achieve like 500ps or something yes? 8)
