Or just the front battery.

I replaced both because they are connected together for the hydraulics for the tailgate, but the warninglights still come on

You said it was ok with the battery charger connected?

Are all systems, lights, functions, working properly when it's connected to a charger?
Or
When it is running?

it was ok but later on it didnt work anymore, when running every thing works fine, when I park the warninglights come on and some times the lights as well, I take one of the big connectors of the bcm when I park the car

but when driving the swiches will work.
so if I park the van what to do?
now I take the big connector out of the bcm. or shall I take the power off the bcm or cut some wires from the bcm connector (the warninglights) and put a switch between them ?

You need to get to the bottom of the issue. Cutting wires and adding switches is not going to sort why it has gone this way!

If you can't sort it now then either keep diconecting main plug on BCM or add batery isolator.
Could be poor earth causing failures?
Check and replace engine earth cable from starter to chassis and from battery to chassis and check CONNECTIONS ARE GOOD! And check rest of earth points on iner wings, door pillars under dash etc.
Then replace BCM you can pick them up for £15-25 nowadays. Then just needs programing to your van.
